After graduating from the University of Houston, Shane pursued a career in civil/telecommunications engineering for 6 years. In this field, Shane became a top producing OSP Engineer, Project Manager, and Quality Manager. Once Shane learned more about the mortgage industry, he fell in love with the idea of helping clients with the most important purchases of their lives and decided to dive into it full-time.

Since then, he has taken his analytical, communication, and detail-oriented skills from engineering and applied them to his mortgage career.
